The M100 is a quilted poncho liner built to add warmth to the Pacific Poncho or work as a comfortable layer on its own. Heavy-duty canvas, poly fill and a loose one-size design give you proper coverage without locking you into a fitted jacket.

Quilted Heavy Canvas

The M100 uses heavy-duty 8oz unwaxed canvas on both sides with a layer of poly fill sandwiched between and quilted into place. The outer edges and shoulder joins are finished with a 5cm band of 8oz waxed canvas on both sides, helping protect the areas most likely to meet rain, mud and general campsite muck.

Built For Repeated Use

This is a liner made to be handled, packed, worn and used rather than treated carefully. The canvas body gives it substance, while the waxed canvas edging adds protection where wear and dirty ground are more likely to find it. The result is a straightforward piece of kit designed to stay useful through plenty of cold nights, camps and slow mornings at home.

Waxing canvas is a natural way or protecting the fabric and whoever is under it. The wax finish causes water to bead off instead of soaking into the fibres. Waxed canvas is easy to take care of. The ensure the longevity of the canvas we recommend you re-wax it at least every 12 months. This keeps the product water-resistant, mould resistant and it also binds the fibres together.
