Excellent back pack in it's size category. Looks good and has plenty of room for a day trip.

Backpack great size and awesome quality. This is my second purchase of Jack Stillman products the first being Drake Canvas Cross Body Bag. Once you have such quality there is no other option!

I love love love this backpack. I got one for myself and one for my husband. They are impeccably made, very high quality. Comfortable to wear. And you can fit heaps in it. We are wearing them in before a carry-on only trip to Japan. These bags will be more than up to the task

My new favourite backpack. Just right size, plenty of room and built rugged. I even bought a second one in another colour. I also own the Nomad, MAD-13, Newport and MK VII. Great gear.

so far so good,the Sweeney Canvas back pack is very comfortable to wear for long periods, great looking, and very well made, very happy with my purchase.

We had a very wet couple of months where i live and the bag kept it all dry inside. If you want a backpack you can pass down to your grandchildren i reckon this will do it

Brilliant! Rugged enough to bounce around in the back of the ute yet stylish enough to use as a briefcase. My only suggestion might be to make the inside pockets a bit larger, but still happy to give this 5 stars no worries at all.

As always Jack Stillman has come out with another brilliant product. It has lots of space and the ability to tuck away the straps is great for using it as carry-on luggage.

Loving the quality of this bag and fits my laptop, lunch, and a change of clothes for my daily work/gym routine nicely. Picked this brand given the focus on natural materials (everything has plastic or PFAS in it these days) - was very hard to find a competitor at a similar price. Love they didn't use a plastic type waterproofing.

First off. I want to start this review by saying straight up. The build quality and the material quality of this bag is absolutely second to none.
Now that’s out of the way, after having the bag for a day, loading it. Wearing it. Carrying it. Comfort level for what you would usually pack is completely fine, would it be comfortable after a day or 2. I assume so but time will tell. It’s feature rich and does have some great features. The storable straps. Side handle, luggage handle pass through. All great.
Now here is where. In my opinion it falls short. And I want to life this bag so much. But the internal organisational pockets are USELESS the orientation and placement is so wrong. The slot sizes are all but useless. I can’t even fit my iPad mini into the larger sleeve. The pen (I assume they are for ones) slots are too shallow. The whole panel is vertical and when it should be horizontal. I’m sorry but you guys missed the mark. As well and not having a laptop sleeve. I knew buy it that it wouldn’t have one. But I carry on luggage bag without a dedicated laptop sleeve. An oversight by all I think.

I want to like this bag. And I will try but I can’t say with certainty. Unfortunately I can’t return it due to the excitment of opening it and ripping off tags and destroying packaging.

There are better travel bags for the money out there at the moment.

I received my bag today and first impressions upon opening the package. WOW straight up. The build quality is absolutely amazing. The materials and attention to detail are amazing.

Now, the straps, even when the bag is packed full seem comfortable but time will tell. I do feel they will be sufficient.

Now the nitty gritty. The internal layout is, at best, sub par. I wanted to like it. I really did but I cannot figure out how to make it work. The internal organiser is so wrong. It should be vertical, not horizontal. The Velcro sleeve cannot even fit my iPad mini in it so to me is essentially useless. No laptop sleeve. I knew this upon buying it but in hindsight. There should be a minimum sized sleeve to fit a 13inch laptop comfortably. The front pocket I can see being very useful for something like a rain coat of the like.

All in all. After almost a day with the bag I’m not sure if I can like it. I want to, because like I said. The build quality and materials are second to none. Feature wise. I was hoping for more.

Brutally honest. There are better options available in the price range. Sorry guys. But you missed the mark ever so slightly.

I however would recommend the product purely because I do like Stillman products and my opinions are just that. My opinions.
