Shipping Policy

**Black Friday and Christmas 2023**

We know you want your stuff ASAP and you may be buying for Christmas 2023. So please take note of the following. 

  • We try to ship orders within a 48 hour period after receiving your order.
  • We ship using Australia Post from Perth Western Australia. That means items shipped to the Eastern States of Australia can take between 6-14 business days. If you are not sure, please chat with us. 
  • We ship worldwide but overseas delivery times can vary from country to country. 
  • Cut off times for Christmas 2023 shipping from Perth are as follows:
    • Standard Post - December 15
    • Express Post - December 20
  • Free Shipping is offered for orders over $200 within Australia.
  • If your order is for a pre-order, we will contact you with updates as the order progresses.
  • All orders will receive a confirmation email once the order is made and another when the order is shipped. If you don't receive these please contact us. 

Tracking Options

We ALWAYS send you an email with tracking details for your order. Sometimes this might end up in your trash inside your email ap. 

International Customs

In many cases, we can generate your custom charges inside our checkout and these will be included in your final invoice. In these cases, we will be charged these costs on your behalf. If these extra charges are NOT shown, we have not paid them and you may be liable for your countries applicable customs and tax charges. 

All items on International orders will be sent together to reduce shipping fees unless stated otherwise. If you order an item in stock and a pre-ordered item, the order will be sent when the pre-order item is available. 

Duties and Taxes

Inside Australia we are registered for Tax and Duties and as such we will generally cover these costs in the checkout process. 

UK and INTERNATIONAL orders may have a fee on pickup or arrival. 

Missing or Lost Packages

If you feel that your item has been lost in the abyss, please contact us and we will raise the issue with Australia Post on your behalf. 

Damages

If you order is received and has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to take pictures of the state of the package when it arrived.
